Sheriff Bind (@MeninChains) from MenInChains.com joins a few friends at the Franklin Country Historic Jail. It's a lovely Halloween day and they decide to celebrate by making a roleplay chain gang. A quick stroll around town by honking cars and gawking locals who take pictures and video of the unusual sight. After a couple visits the city council and a barber shop, the group goes to get a bite to eat before heading back to the jail for more adventures.
